In my class, you can expect:  To be challenged, sweaty and hopefully a little shaky! 

What sort of music can people expect in your class?  Lot’s of upbeat pop, EDM, and remixes (oh, and a taylor swift song… or two!) 

If I was an ice cream flavor, I’d be:  Chocolate peanut butter! Name a better combo! 

Breakfast, lunch or dinner?  Dinner, and anything seafood! 

Bird, Cat, Dog, Goldfish, Hamster or Pot Belly Pig?  Dog, for sure! I have an 85lb sheepadoodle named Rigsby, and he is my life! 

When I’m not instructing Lagree:  I am travelling the world, walking my dog, hiking or skiing in the mountains, listening to Taylor Swift orrrr working my day job in HR. 

Guilty pleasure:  Binge watching reality TV (and wine!) 

You probably didn’t know that:  I ran the New York Marathon last year, my first ever marathon!
